Where are you located?

We are located at 4 North Elm Street. 

We are steps from the center of Main Street .

0.8 miles from Metro North, 0.8 miles from Dia and 0.9 miles from Mt Beacon

What is your cancellation policy?

8 days or greater full refund minus a $25  processing fee per room 

days or less 0% refund

Do any rooms have two beds?

No.  We can set up a cot in The Green Room for a fee of $35.  This is the only room that the cot can be set up in.  This requires at least 24 hours notice to set up.

Do you allow pets?

We do allow pets!  There is a $35 non refundable pet deposit.  This option will show up at checkout.

Do you allow children?

 All guest must be 14  years of age or older

​

Do you require a two night minimum stay?

Friday and Saturday nights do require a two night minimum stay during peak season.  If we have any unsold rooms we will open them up to one night stays the Thursday before.

Are the bathrooms private or shared?

It varies by room. 

The Purple Room, Green Room, Yellow Room and Gray have ensuite bathrooms.

The Blue and White Rooms share a bathroom steps down the hall located off the kitchen.

Is there parking?

Parking is provided in our gravel lot to the left of the driveway.

Is there TVs in the rooms?

We do not have TVs in any of our guest rooms.

What do you serve for breakfast?

Breakfast is chefs choice.   This means we make one breakfast for all of our guests.  If you have a dietary restriction (ie Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-free) you will have the same breakfast as the rest of the house just modified.  We will do our best to accommodate all requests but we can not make a guest a separate breakfast if the breakfast we are offering is not to your liking.   Breakfast is featured on our board in the entrance way to inform you as what is for breakfast the following day.

Where and when is breakfast served?
Weather permitting we serve breakfast outside on our back patio.  During the colder months and rainy days breakfast is served inside in our dining room. 

Breakfast is served at 8:45am unless otherwise noted.

Can I get an early check in or late checkout?

We do not allow late checkouts.  All guest must checkout by 10:30am.  We do offer early check in for a small fee.  You will see this option for this at checkout.

We also offer to hold your bags for a small fee after checkout.

Do you offer wedding blocks?

Since we only have limited amount of rooms we are not able to offer wedding blocks.  We would love to be listed as "Places to Stay"   We find this option has worked best for us to be able accommodate your guests.
