2 Night Minimum Stay is required for Friday and Saturday nights during peak season.    Enter your dates into the "Book a Room" section to see if a two-night minimum stay is required.

Cancellation Policy 

8 days or greater full refund minus a $25 processing fee per room 

7 days or less 0% refund

Parking is located on the side of the house in our gravel parking area

Pets are welcome with a $35 non-refundable one time fee

Maximum 2 Guests Per Room

The Green Room allows for three guest with a fee of $75 per day. This includes the cot set up fee. 

Children are not permitted.  All guest must be 14 years old or older 

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the guest rooms.
