To help ensure a relaxing and seamless stay for all of our guests, we’ve outlined a few simple policies below. These guidelines are designed to maintain the comfort, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere of Beacon Bed & Breakfast, while also helping you know exactly what to expect as you plan your visit.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00pm.
Check-out is by 10:30am.
A 2-night minimum stay is required for Friday and Saturday nights during peak season. Enter your dates into the "Book a Room" section to see if a two-night minimum stay is required.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made 8 days or greater from the scheduled date of arrival, a full refund will be given minus a $25 processing fee per room.
If cancellation is made 7 days or less from the scheduled date of arrival, 0% refund will be given.
Parking
Parking is located on the side of the house in our gravel parking area.
Pets
Beacon Bed and Breakfast is a pet friendly inn. Pets are welcome with advance notice and a $35 non-refundable one-time fee.
Maximum Occupancy
Maximum 2 guests per room.
The Green Room allows for three guests with a fee of $75 per day. This includes the cot set-up fee.
Children
Children are not permitted. All guests must be 14 years old or older.
Smoking
No smoking of any kind is permitted in the guest rooms.
